A leader in the retail sector is seeking a campaign analytics consultant who needs to have come from a campaign analytics or customer engagement analytics background; must have then used a campaign tool like Adobe, IBM, Unica etc and will then make recommendations. To be based in Western Cape.

Customer Engagement Analyst

The company is offering an amazing opportunity for a skilled Customer Engagement Analyst in our Risk and Analytics team

Key responsibilities

This role will primarily be responsible for the development, execution and analysis of Customer engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Desired qualifications and experience

 • Minimum requirement of a numerate type tertiary degree in either BBusSci/BSc/Act Sci/ BCom Investments with statistics and a strong academic record
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail, telecommunications or financial services industry
• Experience in using a Campaign Management product such as UNICA or IBM Campaign or similar is essential
• Experience with SAS or other analytical software would be an advantage
• Familiar with various sources of data essential
• Contact Centre experience advantageous


• Excellent analytical and numeric skills
• High attention to detail driving a need for 100% accuracy
• Able to manage effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, error-free environment
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required
• Ability to prepare well-structured, clear and concise deliverables, including presentations
• Strong collaborative interpersonal skills – both with internal and external parties
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
