A leader in the Short Term Insurance space, in Cape Town, has a role for a Project Coordinator in the HR industry.
What this job involves:
HR Administration and processing as it is related to compensation planning, recruiting, coordination of programs and communications. Assist with the coordination of internal programs.
Must have Project coordination experience
Proven track record working on HR projects
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience within HR
Proven knowledge and experience in assisting with general HR functions
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules and constantly evolving requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate a complex environment
Well-developed competency in organizing and prioritizing multiple projects with minimal supervision
Excellent organization and time management skills with great attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
